Internal struggles are real and deserve our attention. When we feel constricted, shamed, depleted, and defeated, there is something going on inside that requires our focus. It can be scary -- even intimidating -- to see what's going on, but it doesn't have to be done alone.
I've had many moments where a part of me wanted to take a nap and another part of me wanted to go for a walk outside while another part of me was sure that food would do the trick.
Our Whole Self feels fragmented and unsure due to the internal conflict happening sometimes without our awareness.
When we look at these parts and see what's really being asked of us -- what they are needing and wanting -- and we give them that, we can feel more in our Whole Self.
