Reiki Levels

Reiki is an ancient healing technique that came to the west through Hawaii in the early 1900's.  
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
It is a practice of connecting with the Source or Higher Wisdom, grounding to the Earth and in your body to be an open vessel for Reiki energy to flow freely. 
Reiki is used for self-healing, healing others, and situations.

Reiki Level I

Inner healing practice

In Level I, the student learns the Reiki power symbol and experiences different ways of using it along with the Reiki hand positions. The student is also coached on how to prepare themselves for a healing session, what to expect during a session, and then conducts a self-healing session as part of the class training. This course spends a great deal of time on the actual healing session and the Chakras so that the student gains the confidence and knowledge necessary to enable them to use Reiki on themselves, others, animals, plants or situations. At the end of training, students receive the attunement and are initiated as Usui/Tibetan Level I practitioners.

Reiki Level II

Distance and emotional healing

In Level II, the student reviews the Reiki power symbol, learns the distance symbol and mental/emotional symbol. With the addition of these two symbols, the student can then expand their healing experiences to deal with mental and emotional issues. This course details the uses for each of the symbols, working with the energy, frequency levels and the Chakras. More time is spent on the actual healing session to allow the students to experience for themselves how the symbols are channeled and used in different situations. At the end of training, students receive the attunement and are initiated as Usui/Tibetan Level II practitioners. (Prerequisite: Usui/Tibetan Reiki Level I)

Reiki Level III/Master

Master symbol and Reiki surgery

In the advanced or Master level class you will learn the Master symbol and review more in depth the distance symbol with psychic surgery techniques and aura cleansing. In addition, you will be working with crystals, the Reiki grid, Meditations and techniques for removing energy blockages. A good deal of time will be spent in hands-on healing sessions. At the end of training, students receive the attunement and are initiated as Usui/Tibetan Level III healers - Reiki Masters. (Prerequisite: Usui/Tibetan Reiki Levels I and II)

If you're interested in learning the healing art of Reiki Energy, please submit this survey to let me know more about your intentions, past knowledge, and which Reiki Levels you'd like to complete during the next opportunity.

Maybe you'd prefer to start with Reiki Level I and learn the power symbol for self-healing.

If you'd like to take it a step further with Reiki Level II, you can experience Distance Reiki as well as the Mental/Emotional symbol to assist in mind/body connection for yours and others' healing. 

​

Even if you've taken Levels I and/or II before, I recommend taking Levels I / II with me prior to Master training because each instructor teaches a little different and the way I teach each Level carries into the next Level.

Whatever level(s) you decide, you will still get access to a 30 minute 1:1 session after the retreat.  Certain meditations and practices are contained within each level and you will gain access as you decide to pursue Reiki Master Certification.

Reiki teachers offer something different and special.  Even if you've had an attunement in the past, there's always more to be processed and discovered.  I recommend taking Reiki Level I before jumping to Reiki Level II or III.  Payment plans available.

Reiki Level I

Attend Reiki Level I and receive attunement for the Power Symbol, learn how to set up an energy session, use the Microcosmic Orbit breath, and the history of Reiki.

Reiki Level I & II

Attend Reiki Levels I & II, receive all of Level I + details on utilizing Reiki in every-day life, Reiki hand positioning, "Find your Filter" meditation, and Distance + Mental/Emotional symbol attunements.

Reiki Level II

Attend Reiki Level II for the Distance and Mental/Emotional symbol attunements.  Receive details on utilizing Reiki in everyday life, Reiki hand positioning and "Find your Filter" meditation.  (must have completed Reiki Level I with me)

Reiki Level I - III/Master

Attend Reiki Level I - III attunements.  Receive all of Level I & II + attunement of the Master symbol, lessons about the 'healing process' and 'healing crisis', practice "the work" of what thoughts you are believing, and receive nightly chakra meditations and drum journey recordings.
