The KAP Retreat Experience

  • One hour individual intake session with medical professional to evaluate eligibility and dosage for the journey. Some insurance accepted or pay out of pocket. Ketamine prescription additional.

  • Set Your Intentions

    Welcome evening to review journey logistics, reflect to set your intentions, ask questions, gain new insights and meet the others who will be on this journey with you

  • The Journey Day

    Incudes 3 hour journey time, lunch, 1:1 integration check in, group integration, closing gentle yoga, breathwork, and sound healing

  • Integration

    We’ll gather after each dosing day for an integration ceremony, group processing, and art-therapy practices. We’ll also take some time in nature (weather pending). Plus you’ll receive breakfast and lunch.

  • Integration sessions help you process and apply insights gained during your ketamine experience, making lasting positive changes in your life. Integration is a crucial part of the healing journey.

  • Prior to the retreat, you will have a 1:1 and group session to set intentions. During the 1:1, we’ll discuss any personal considerations to ensure you are fully prepared for the experience.
