Cultivate Self-Trust. Communicate Clearly. Live Decisively.

The Transformation From Self-Protection to Self-Trust

Many high-performing individuals have built their success on vigilance, adaptation, and control.

But those same strengths can quietly limit intimacy, clarity, and confidence.

KAP supports you in becoming:

  • Self-assured without arrogance

  • Assertive without aggression

  • Clear without over-explaining

  • Emotionally available without losing yourself

When self-trust deepens, communication shifts.

You speak your needs without apology.
You set boundaries without guilt.
You make decisions without spiraling.
You trust your instincts — and act on them.

And relationships change accordingly.

Because confidence is not loud.
It is regulated.
It is grounded.
It is embodied.

It is a catalyst, thoughtfully facilitated, clinically grounded, and deeply intentional.

The KAP Process

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is not a single session — it is a carefully structured therapeutic process designed for depth, safety, and lasting transformation.

1| Consultation

We begin with a comprehensive consultation to assess medical appropriateness, psychological readiness, and alignment with your goals.

This is where we explore:

  • What feels stuck or unresolved

  • Patterns you’re ready to shift

  • Relationship dynamics (for couples)

  • Desired outcomes

You’ll receive honest guidance about whether KAP is the right next step; and if so, how to structure your experience for maximum impact.

Clarity. Fit. Intention.

2| Preparation

Transformation requires nervous system readiness.

In structured preparation sessions, we:

  • Clarify intentions

  • Identify protective patterns

  • Strengthen emotional regulation tools

  • Establish safety anchors

  • Align on therapeutic focus

For couples, this phase also includes relational mapping: understanding attachment dynamics, communication styles, and conflict cycles.

Preparation is where much of the depth begins. It ensures the journey is purposeful, not accidental.

Building Internal Safety

Your medicine dosing session is held in a carefully curated therapeutic environment whether in-office or in-home.

During the journey:

  • You are medically supervised

  • The nervous system softens

  • Rigid patterns temporarily loosen

  • Insight and emotional access deepen

This is not passive.
It is an intentional therapeutic experience supported by skilled facilitation.

For couples, this may include guided shared reflection and structured connection work, depending on your treatment plan.

Expanded Awareness. Structured Support.

3| The Journey Session

The real transformation happens here.

Integration sessions ensure that what emerged during your journey becomes:

  • Clear behavioral shifts

  • Stronger boundaries

  • More secure communication

  • Increased self-trust

  • Sustainable relational repair

Without integration, insight fades.
With integration, identity evolves.

This phase anchors new neural pathways through repetition, relational practice, and embodied application.

Turning Insight Into Embodied Change

4| Integration

Designed for Depth, Not Quick Fixes

This process is structured, discreet, and clinically grounded.
Each step builds on the next to create change that is both neurological and relational.

You are not simply having an experience.
You are rewiring the way you relate to yourself and to the people who matter most.

  • Supports individuals with treatment resistant depression

  • Provides alternative approach to address a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, post-traumatic stress, chronic pain, addiction, and some forms of anxiety

  • In low doses, ketamine can serve as a supportive adjunct to psychotherapy, as it provides an opportunity for the temporary softening of the psychological defenses, allowing for deeper self reflection and psychotherapeutic processing for a more effective treatment.

Possible Benefits of KAT

  • Some medical and psychiatric conditions need to be treated before you can safely work with KAT. These include hallucinations, untreated mania, cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism, increased intracranial pressure, cystitis, or evidence of liver disease.

  • A psychiatric intake process regarding your mental health history will help you determine if you are an appropriate candidate for this work.

Who Qualifies?

“Christy has helped me in many ways. One that stands out is that she makes me see things in full circle and it helps me understand why I am feeling a certain way or that what I am feeling or dealing with is completely ok.”
